“ Our purpose is evangelism! “

Intro: What is one of the main talents God has given you personally ?

Study

1. Psalms 139:13-16, Gal 5:7-8 God has created everyone of us with specific gifts, talents and abilities and has a divine purpose he wants us to fulfill here on the earth.
   1. 2 Cor 5:20 Although each of us have been given different giftings and talents, we are all called to use our giftings and talents to lead others to Christ.
      1. Romans 10:13-15 Whatever occupation we have, wherever we may go to school, whatever talent or gifting we have been given, we need to use our place of influence in this world to lead as many people around us to Jesus as we can!
      2. 1 Peter 5:8-9 The devil wants to stop us from accepting Christ, if he can’t keep us from personally getting saved, then he will try and stop us from leading others to Christ!
   2. Eph 4:27 The devil will throw many things at us to try and stop us from sharing our faith, for some of us it is fear, or insecurity, for others it may be wrong relationships, and negative influences, the devil will try and stop you by hitting you in your personal weak spot.
2. Mark 16:15-18, Jude 1:23 God has called us to be unstoppable in the calling and purpose that he has for each of our lives, we are called to be unstoppable in evangelism!
   1. 2 Cor 4:4, John 8:12 The world around us is dark and lost, we are surrounded by people who are blinded by sin, and they need to know the light of God!
      1. Matt 5:14-16 When we accept Christ the light of God enters us, and we become carriers of the light of God in this dark world around us!
      2. Luke 8:16 As carriers of the light of Christ, when we enter the dark world around us it is to no longer be dark because of the light of God that is within us.
   2. Matt 11:12 We are called to be passionate in standing for whats right, called to take the dark world around us for Christ, we are called to be unstoppable in evangelism! #Unstoppable!

Discussion

1. What are some of the things that the devil will try to use to stop us from evangelizing and sharing our faith with those who are around us?
2. In what way are you using your position in life, or the talents you have been given to share Jesus with others?
3. Can you share a testimony of a time when you personally shared Christ with someone and led them through the sinners prayer? How did that experience impact your life?
4. Who are some people in your life right now that you know are not where they need to be with God, what is your plan to share Christ with them?
