Discussion
- What are some of the reasons many Christians give as to why evangelism, and leadership are for pastors and not for them personally?
- Have you ever been reluctant in responding when God has called you to serve as a leader? In what ways are you currently serving as a leader in your church?
- For any who have been reluctant, what are some ways that God has been calling you personally to step out in leadership in ministry within your church through Crossfire?
- Why do you think it is so easy to backslide when you are inactive, not evangelizing and not serving in the ministry?
End: Pray for any who have not been leading others towards God, pray for any who have not answered Gods call to be leaders, then pray for requests.
