“ Leadership “
Intro: Who is a leader that you really look up to and why?
Study
- Jer 20:9, Jer 1:5 It is Gods will that when we become Christians that we become strong in God, that we remain on-fire for God, and that we fulfill Gods call on our lives.
- Galatians 5:7-8 However, the devil will throw many things at us to try and pull us away from God, and from accomplishing His will here in this world.
- Rom 12:6 God has called everyone of us to be leaders, God has given each of us specific giftings and talents that he wants us to use here in this world.
- Mark 16:15 Everyone of us as Christians are called to win as many people to Jesus as we possibly can! Our purpose is evangelism, we are called to reach the world.
- Mathew 4:19, Jude 1:23 We are called to be leaders who use our giftings to evangelize and win as many people to Jesus as possible!

- 1 Timothy 4:12, Ecclesiastes 12:1 We are called to be leaders even in our youth! God is calling this generation to reach the world!
- Gal 5:6-7 Many times youth and young adults give excuses and reasons as to why they are not active in leadership in their churches.
- Jer 1:6-7 Often people think that leadership is only for pastors and older Christians, but all through the Bible God repeatedly called youth and young adults to be leaders!
- Mark 13:11, Isaiah 61:1 When God calls us, He will give us everything we need. God will give us the right words to speak, He will give us the boldness to overcome our fears and excuses, and He will anoint us to fulfill His purpose and call here in this world!
- 1 Sam 16:7 God is not looking for the most talented, experienced, educated, wealthy people. He is looking for those who will trust Him, obey His voice, and boldly step out to reach the world! #Reachtheworld!
- Gal 5:6-7 Many times youth and young adults give excuses and reasons as to why they are not active in leadership in their churches.

- What are some of the excuses and reasons that some youth and young adults in the church give as to why they are not leaders?
- What do you feel God is calling you to do? What steps are you now taking to fulfill the leadership call of God on your life?
- What are some of the many benefits of being active in leadership and serving God in your youth?
- Are you currently serving in a leadership position in your church? If so what is it? If not are you ready to overcome all excuses and step out into leadership?
End: Pray for those who want to overcome all fears and excuses and step out in leadership so they can reach the world. Then pray for anyone who needs to accept Jesus as their Savior or rededicate their lives to Christ, then take requests.
